Darkinfactuations.com (used to be feetishkingdom.com) is a cool site. Lots of good quality clips and regular updates. Subscription fees are pretty good too. Some amazing soles, great models etc.
I give darkinfactuations 8.5/10 - could only be improved by having the models in the clips sections talk a bit more, but that's just a personal preference you understand.

Feetishes.com - in terms of Ebony chicks, this is a great site. Literally hundreds and hundreds of great pictures. The pics and clips are not the highest of quality, but the models rock - think of a black version of theback40foot.com (without the high quality that theback40 has).
I give Feetishes 7.5/10 - well worth the subscription fee - though the site is not updated very well at all - so if you joined a year ago, and rejoin now you are only likely to get a few new sets. Shame that. Ecfeetkingdom used to be the same but they seem to have started doing more updates.

Ecfeetkingdom (review from memory not currently subscribed) - great site - king of the ebony sole. Not so good on updates and picture resolution not that high - but scores and scores of lovely big footed black chicks going about their business:) A good site, one of my faves.
