The site looks quite cool but I am wondering if the language is in English (I suspect German for some reason). Not that that's a real problem - I just like to know what I am buying.

They seem to cater for a particularly rare fetish-sideline of the foot community, namely hot girls tickling males. I aint especially into this, but do like the odd one just for variety:)
