I had Togos for lunch. A turkey and avocado sandwich with cheddar cheese, no mustard or pickles. It was outrageously good. Togos is my favorite, then Jimmy Johns. I'm kind of a sandwich junkie.

Turkey and swiss on whole wheat bread with a drop of mayo and a little lettuce. Some Pringles barbecue chips and a fresh Macoun apple picked right off the tree.
I washed it all down with Mango Kool-Aid. Tomorrow I'm ordering a pizza.

Leftover brats from the Packer game. Mmmmm. That's pronounced br-ahhh-t, not brat, as in spoiled little kid. Nothing like giant grilled sausages to clog your arteries. If you've never tried one, you really should. Miller park is the only ballpark in the country where brats outsell hotdogs.

Whoa, brats! Haven't had one of those bad boys in a while. Thanks for reminding me.
Also, tomorrow is end of the quarter pot luck Friday at work. It's Mexican themed this time around. I'll be bringin in my signature Nuclear Nachos. Wish me luck.

I had a filet mignon, steak fries and some green tea.
Yesterday, I drank my enemy's blood from a skull and feasted on the souls of newborn infants. Tomorrow, I think I'll have sushi.

My favorite Kool Aid ever was Mountain Berry Punch which has not been around for a long time. At least not here. I like orange and also cherry. Actually most of them kick ass.

Wow.
I'd love to have your feet for dessert, my dear. With a little Hershey's syrup or whipped cream. I love Orange Kool-Aid too. I also like *anything* mango flavored. Gator Aid is the best.

Well that's a revelation, the girl liked it and the two lads got scared. I expected it from Crapenstein, having come across his soppy drivel before. Bit dissappointed in JRB though.

Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful specimen, but there is something about the arrangement that gives me the shivers. Maybe if you minus the saran wrap and the pepper sprinklings.

Lunch today was two gross ass hot dogs. I can't wait for dinner to make up for this abortion of a lunch. Can I just throw it up and start over?

I'm sorry Andrea but if they were so gross why didn't you just *abort* the lunch after you ate one?
Why suffer through two of them? I don't get that. And as far as the other pic goes.............just because I like feet doesn't make me a cannibal. It's a weird pic and it really skeeves me out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

This past weekend, I smoked an 8.5-lb Boston butt pork shoulder for pulled pork BBQ. 2-hours with Mesquite, 3-hours with Hickory, then 11-hours at 235-degrees for a total of about 16-hours. Started the process at 4:30 Saturday afternoon and finally pulled it out of the smoker at 225-deg internal temp at 8:30 Sunday morning (yes, I got up several time during the night to check my temps). Yielded about 6-pounds of prime pulled pork BBQ, enough to last through tomorrow. Today, I made a sammich out of some leftover pulled pork with home-made bbq sauce and home-made Pepperslaw on a nice locally baked roll. Ahhhhh - lunch!!! The Boston butt cost me about nine bucks and yielded enough BBQ to feed several neighbors, the Family, and have enough leftovers for meeeeeee!!!!
Ahhhhhh. | ||

Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches are awesome. I envy you WIley. Round these parts I have to wait til the county fair comes around in February, then I stuff myself with pulled pork til I'm able to pull off the beached whale look.
Today, I was bad again.......... Joe Gone Bad A Double-Double, fries and extra large Coke. Bam!

Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches are awesome. I envy you WIley. Round these parts I have to wait til the county fair comes around in February, Wendy asked me last Christmas what I wanted for a present. Since we live out in the boonies now, I said I wanted a smoker - that's it. She got me the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and I haven't looked back. You can get into smoking for under $100. Brinkman makes some smokers that go on sale for 50-bucks, referred to as The ECB (El Cheapo Brinkman) but they get the job done. Check out smokingmeatforums.com for some great info, recipes, and education. Once you figure out how to do it right yourself, you'll never go out and pay for BBQ at a restaurant again! JRB wrote:Because I was hungry! Actually they weren't that horrible. I bought weenies at the store on Sunday but forgot buns. I always get Rainbow or Ballpark buns. So on my way home for lunch today I went to a gas station/mini mart to grab some and wound up getting some generic shit. Bad idea. Again, not the worst meal ever but not the greatest. I'm about to make up for it at dinner right now, so I'm off....

Once you figure out how to do it right yourself, you'll never go out and pay for BBQ at a restaurant again!I'm gonna look into that. Thanks Wiley. I'm gonna stop being what I call "backyard lazy" and learn how to BBQ. I'm in So. Calif., and I don't know how to BBQ. That's like a cardinal sin here.
