I also would be happy to know WHY posts were deleted - it is every time hard work to find some pixx and to post them if it is a bigger thread!!!!
I´m a mod in the german section and if I delete a thread or pixx I everytime explain our user´s why and never had a problem, because there must be a reason to remove the work of our padder´s (for example: they post adult stuff) | ||

The fact that threads are deleted by moderators without any sort of explanation is ridiculous. If you want to delete someone's post, lock the thread instead and post an explanation as to why you're doing it as its final reply. This way, not only does the author get to see and understand why it was deleted, but other pad users as well.
Edit: Perhaps someone should bring this up with Mouse. On the other hand, he's probably known about this problem for quite some time and has done nothing to correct it. | ||

It seems counterproductive to alienate contributors like that. Plus, if the poster is doing something wrong, they have no idea what they did wrong, unless it's something obvious like posting pictures of Miley Cirus.

While I understand & share your sentiments, I will again reiterate: its a free board. if you dont like it, go somewhere else. To be outraged that someone who is hosting & running a board chooses to do so in their own way is a bit silly. Until the day comes that we pay to be a part of this board, it will remain that we have no real say in how it is administered. | ||

It could possibly be a glitch in the system... I know that I've posted things that were perfectly innocent and not objectionable in anyway, and they've been deleted, but then I will post the same thing once I've seen it gone and it will stay... I don't really know but technology isn't 100% accurate...

Yeah, Yuku has been having errors. If you do a celebrity search in Content, any one of them could have "Error" instead of a thread there when you click on a search result.
