While I was reading this news report it reminded me of Hurricane Katrina. I wonder if this is PROOF that Obama hates rich white people?

You are correct it doesn't mention Obama at all. I was just comparing this natural disaster to Katrina. Bush had nothing to do with that either but that didn't stop the media from blaming him and even making the claim that Bush hates black people. Ludicrous if you think about it but, nonetheless it stuck to him anyway.
