Probably one of the rarest finds ever, but I remember from back in my college days a sorority girl (she was a friend of my girlfriends) was 5'3 with size 11 feet. And it's not like she was one of those heavy girls whose foot has expanded because of the weight, she was a thin, muscle thighed lacross player who happened to have the freakiest foot to body ratio I've ever seen.

A lot of the reason why we think it's uncommon is because you simply don't expect someone of that height to have bigger feet. It's uncommon just based on perception. However, if anybody missed it, collegefoot2000 had a good find back in August 2008 with his hairstylist. She's 5'5" and has size 10 feet. His best find still to date in my opinion in terms of both looks and feet.
