I am a teacher in a carpeted high school!

Every day I am surrounded by scores of luscious, nubile teen feet and I can't really react. Believe me, I am not stupid. I am not going to throw my career away on messing with a student in any capacity, let alone just for feet.

The girls can't wait to kick off their shoes, so its all painted toenails, curvy arches, lovely soles, even toe rings all the time! I look when I can, but that is all I can do is look. There have been a few times during my study hall that, while sitting at my desk, I have gazed a little too lovinigly at the barefoot girls in my room, all the while pretending to work at grading or something while seated. On a few occasions my cock stirred a little, so I did not stand up immediately after the bell rang.

No, its nothing special, just that the halls and most of the classrooms are carpeted instead of having a bare floor. Most girls kick their shoes off when they are just sitting at their desks, or if they are doing group projects, where they often they work on the floor, they are usually barefoot.

And I teach in a southern state, so its usually warm and they are coming to school in sandals and flip flops etc.

I know how you feel man. I am a chauffeur in Southern Cal. I have drive hot babes all the time - including female celebrities - who always take off their high heels when they get in my car. Every time I switch lanes I always look to my blind spot and try to catch a glimpse of feet. Just like you, I can't react or say anything. I don't want to creep out the ladies...or lose my job.

I teach at a standard American High School, 10th - 12th, so the girls are between 15 - 18 years old. I teach seniors so most of the feet I come accross every day are 17-18 year olds.

Bare floors in the hallway never stopped the girls in my high school to keep their shoes on. I know it's weird but I am not going to lie, it was pretty hot to see bare foot prints on the hardwood floors while walking to my next class. Of course it also sucked because somewhere in the school is a girl walking around barefoot and I don't know where she is. In class a lot of the girls would take there shoes off while at their desks. Sometimes I miss high school just for the feet.

Only thing that stops me enjoying "secondary foot evidence" like that is the very real possibility that a guy could've made that footprint .

What about the bowling alley shoe exchangers? You never know when a hot chick with nice feet comes in to exchange her flats/heels for a pair of bowling shoes... Then you know what to do with them ;)

God, how times have changed. I went to high school between 1985 and 1989 in Indiana. We, too, had carpeted classrooms (in the first floor. But in the lower level, science, math, art, etc. was all tile) and girls never went barefoot. Ever. No girls wore flip flops or sandals. Girls preferred those white canvas shoes, usually no socks, or those "flats," like closed high-heels without the heels. I hated those shoes.

On the extreme rare occasions when a girl would slip her shoes off during class, I would nearly die, and could not concentrate on class for the rest of the period as I kept watching, waiting for her to do it again.

It was almost as bad in college from 1990 to 1996. Girls still didn't wear sandals as much, except for the nicest days in spring.

I went back to my high school in 2004 to speak to a few classes (I'm an author now, so they wanted me to talk about it) and it was like a flip-flop convention going on. I was stunned by how many feet I was seeing during and between classes that day.

I still don't understand why things have changed. Why are girls showing their feet more now versus in the 1980s?

i know this is off subject, but all this talk about feet in schools makes me have to tell you guys my best experience with feet in school.

back when i was in junior high this girl who use to like me sat behind me. she would always play with me by pushing my chair foward in her sandeled feet. i got turn on just knowing such a petit girl could push my chair with her feet. i would always move my seat back to were it was and next time she tried i would try to grab her foot. all the while i was looking straight ahead not to get caught by the teacher. it became a little game everyday in math class. she would hit my arm with her bare feet. she had the advantage because she could see what she was doing and i could not. i few times i would catch her in a way that it was really her catching my fingers...between her toes. one time i remember she locked on her toes to my fingers so tight i could not get loose. and i could always hear her giggling when she got me. i had so much fun in that class.

I'm the same exact age as you and you are exactly right. It was genuinely a rare and special occasion when you saw a girl's foot during school. Girls always wore keds with no socks or those flats (which are actually making a comeback these days). Every now and then you'd see a girl slip her foot in and out of her flats and the image would automatically become indelible in your mind.

Nowadays with the flip flop explostion and cell phone cameras and every girl having a myspace or facebook page with dozens of photos of herself on there it's a completely different world.

I actually wonder which is better though: the mysterious tease that you longed for or the foot inundation of today.

Anyway, getting to the question about when this changed, I think it was around 1994 when fashion started to change toward revealing the foot. That's when birkenstocks and teva sandals started becoming popular with the whole Woodstock '94 revival and all that. Clog sandals (with the heels exposed) also started popping up around this time. It was then that it started becoming socially and publically acceptable to start revealing the foot again in places other than the beach or the pool.

From there I think it still wasn't until really the 2000s that flip flops truly became the "norm" for girls to wear when the temperature rose above 60 degrees. Nowadays it's so prevelent that it's almost a shock to see a girl wearing anything but flip flops when it's above 60 degrees outside. Can't say I'm complaining!
