According to my profile page, I joined in 2000, but I don't know if that was Ezboard (now Yuku) in general or just The Mousepad. Needless to say, though, I've been here a long time. I was silent for a long time, and only started making posts here a few years back.

I've been lurking since right after 9/11. I initially joined sometime in late 2002, but I cannot remember what my old user name was (I never posted with it).

I joined in November 2007 but had been just viewing for a long time before that. I agree with the OP that for the most part everyone here behaves very well and it is very enjoyable coming here. I had to cut my visits from daily to every two days as it was taking all my evening, every evening - there's always so many threads to check out.

I'm not sure about the Pad in particular, but I've regularly checked the Pad/HITW since I was like 12, in 2000, you know that night you didn't get any sleep because you realize the internet isn't just for research projects and e-mailing relatives, maybe that was just me.

I have to say, I'm glad I did. Knowing that being a foot guy isn't some mental disease and is actually an attribute that can enhance your sexual creativity probably saved me from living an introverted life of shame and crippling loneliness. Maybe not THAT dramatic, but I'm sure glad I found it.

Actually, come to think of it, I didn't start looking up jackoff material until 6th grade (2000-2001), so apparently 2000 is my ezboard signup date. Saber QuiGon2 was my name when I was playing an old game called Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II online on the old MSN Gaming Zone. The "Saber" part came from our gaming clan. I probably didn't find HITW / The Mousepad until maybe 2002.

i joined probably summer of 2006. i was using soulseek to download music and movies and i noticed one user on there had a whole buncha foot related movies and i was like wtf dude! so he told me about the mousepad. back then i had a crappy computer with like a 3 gb hard drive so i couldn't really download much, but now, muahaha.... oh yeah also i stopped coming on the site for about a year.

anyway, i think its interesting how certain ppl stick to diff parts of the site. like some ppl only post in discussion, some only in the adult, others only in the stories. anyway

Have read the pad for a long time, but only recently started to contribute last december.

My username gives somewhat a clue to how long I have been a member here. The '25' part of the name was my age at that time when I first joined on about 8 years ago now. August of 2002 was around the official time. I also remember the original MousePad (I think was called Mouse Hole or something similar to that name back then) but I was a lurker at that time.

I rarely post nowadays, but I am glad some of my good friends are still here like Dopeyflea and a few others. Was also how I met my best friend PPT (PrettyPinkToes) for those who remember her. Ah, the good old days.

It wasn't even called the Mousepad back then, it was called the Mousehole. Who else remembers those days?
