This is just a random suggestion because I have found it to be so great for my browsing, and always had issues before, but no idea if it's the same on Mac / PC whatever. So I used to hate RealPlayer, thought it was super crappy, but I ended up needing it for some media about six months ago and it came with RealPlayer Downloader. Basically, any time any Flash content plays, it displays in the downloader box, and I just have to click "download" to save it to my computer. It saves as an .FLV file but it looks great, like those caps here on this thread look terrible compared to the quality I'm seeing on my player for instance. Give it a try if you want a really easy solution for that! Otherwise, what I used to do was (with Safari) open Activity Window, then open download window, then you find the video on the activity log and you paste that link into the download window -- it automatically downloads the .flv file. That works too, but this is so much easier!
