It was a quick glimpse. It happens so quick you almost miss it. I cant remember the title of the episode but Liz takes some medicine to fly on a plane and she hallucinate she is next to Oprah. Anyway Oprah tells her whats fashionable and it involve opened toed platform sandals. And Liz hopped up on meds shows up the next scene wearing the shoes and the camera starts aiming at her toes as she walks into the room. I not sure how to make a quality cap but I know people around her make it do what it do.
